How I use the details you send through the contact form.

Data and purpose

If you write to me, I process your name, email, company (if given), project type and message so I can reply and see whether we are a fit. Legal basis: your consent (the form checkbox) and, if we discuss a commission, pre-contractual steps.

Retention and sharing

I keep the message only as long as needed to handle the enquiry. I do not sell data. Mail is sent by the site server; the hosting/email provider may process it as a processor.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure or objection at hola@manuesbozo.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
